1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with acu365, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of acu365, including registered members, guests browsing the platform, and any person interacting with our customer support team.

acu365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on acu365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are registering voluntarily, on your own behalf, and solely for personal entertainment;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from acu365 or any affiliated platform;
• You do not hold, and will not attempt to open, any other account on acu365.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. acu365 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your acu365 account. Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential at all times and must not be shared with any third party. acu365 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. acu365 will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports; however, we cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

acu365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — instances of suspected fraud, provision of false registration information, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete identity verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the acu365 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). acu365 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

Deposits are credited to your acu365 account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. acu365 does not charge platform-side transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where the verification process is outstanding, withdrawals may be held until satisfactory documentation is provided. Approved withdrawals are typically processed to verified accounts within 5 to 15 minutes. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment source used for the original deposit.

acu365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time. Withdrawals may be declined or delayed pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

acu365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual terms that will be communicated at the point of offer and may include, without limitation:

• Minimum deposit thresholds required to qualify for the bonus;
• Wagering requirements specifying how many times the bonus (and/or deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested;
• Time limits within which wagering requirements must be completed;
• Eligible and excluded games or bet types for wagering contribution purposes;
• Maximum bet limits applicable while a bonus is active.

Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be applied in accordance with the specific promotion terms. acu365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a player is found to have abused a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns, or other means — acu365 may void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on acu365 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or sports betting section of the platform.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. acu365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on markets affected by data feed failures, or in circumstances where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

acu365 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all digital casino games and partners exclusively with internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi.
